Frequently Asked Questions:Where can I install the AppDashboard?The AppDashboard is a Windows only application. While it might work on older operating systems, it is only supported on Windows 8.1, 10 and 11. Is there still a specific browser requirement to run the AppDashboard?NO! The best part about the AppDashboard is that it removes the dependency on any web browser, and works natively with your Windows operating system, while maintaining all the features that you are accustomed to. What happens to the FileBridge Client?Once you install the AppDashboard, the FileBridge client configuration will automatically be migrated over. For the time being, your FileBridge client will still be available, but will be set to not launch on startup. Will the standalone FileBridge client go away? Eventually. But for now you can still keep it on your computer as a backup. Will I still need to go to the web to manage my password?We have worked hard to fully integrated our password reset system directly within the AppDashboard. There will be no more juggling passwords and apps. Once you change your password in one place, it will also update it for FileBridge and any place where that new password would be required. Any other features coming up other than the application access?Yes! We are working on some more functionality that we will be integrating into the app, which will allow for additional account management, connection monitoring, notifications, and more...
